Security Deposit
A security deposit payment of $500 and a signed contract is required at time of booking to secure your date. Our security deposit also will cover any minor damages that may incur to the venue. After the wedding, once the venue is inspected and no damages are incurred, we will return the security deposit within 30 days.
Payment
The payment for the venue rental will be split into three separate payments. Payment due dates will vary based on booked event date.
Liability Insurance
We require 'day of' event liability insurance with a $1M limit, naming 'Wildflower Barn LLC' as additional insured. We have an insurance agent who will write the policy, it is generally $250.
