RENTAL PRICING

We want to ensure you have the wedding experience of your dreams. Our prices are very affordable when compared with similar venues in our region. We do not adjust pricing based on guest count and you can use any vendor of your choice. To keep things simple there are no hidden fees, everything is listed on our website.

RENTAL INCLUDES

  • Barn/Chapel style venue with 30-foot vaulted ceilings

  • 6 church pews

  • 300 wood padded chairs

  • Variety of hand-built, chunky leg, farmhouse tables

  • Ability to accommodate 180 guests

  • Outdoor wooded ceremony area

  • Large grassy yard

  • Bride’s Quarters with 3 salon-style chairs and private half bath

  • Groom’s Quarters with a large lounge sectional and private half bath

  • Complimentary use of site for engagement and bridal photos

The rental timeframe must include set up, clean up and removal of any non-venue items within the rental time. This rental includes the use of tables, pews, and chairs; it does not include the set up of the tables, pews and chairs. Customers are responsible for trash removal and ensuring all trash is placed in garbage dumpster.

As of January 1, 2023 all venues in Kentucky are required to charge 6% sales tax on all rentals. Sales tax is included in pricing.
